Our Delivery Service In The UK
Standard Delivery
At The Water Cooler Company, our standard delivery is free of charge to most of the mainland UK destinations.
If your order is received before 12 midday between Monday and Friday, we aim to dispatch your order that exact same day. If you order after 12 midday, not to worry, your order will be dispatched the following working day. Typically, you should receive your delivery within three to five days with standard delivery and the following day with next day delivery.
Next Day Delivery
If you are urgently needing water, we offer an express next day service delivery. If you need this service delivery, please place your order before 12 midday which will allow us to dispatch your bottled water delivery the following working day. Unfortunately, this service does not run on weekends or bank holidays.
To ensure all bottled water deliveries are accounted for, they must be signed by the person who placed the order. If you don’t expect to be at the delivery address of your given order, please let us know who will be signing or where the alternative address is for the delivery.
