The BWCA facilitates the exchange of technical, scientific and regulation between the body and related actors. They serve as the authoritative source of information when it comes to all facets of the water industry.

The BWCA’s strict standards assures that all of our water coolers and related products are of the highest quality and have gone through rigorous safety checks.

Sanitisation Programme

We are obliged to carry out regular hygiene checks of our customer’s water coolers and drinking water fountains to ensure that their products are safe.

Audit Programme

As members of the British Water Cooler Association, we partake in annual audit programs which coincide with strict regulations.

Training

It is completely mandatory that our staff are trained in all the hygiene and safety regulations that are put into daily practice. Extensive training includes Hygiene Awareness, Food and Safety & HACCP for Depot Managers, WRAS for plumbed in water cooler installations and Crisis Management.
